I am a CCNA certified Information and Communications Technology professional with extensive experience in designing, budgeting, implementing and troubleshooting large enterprise/campus LANs and Wireless LANs.

I have HF and VHF Amateur radio experience as a General class operator, including antenna construction and use of vector network analyzers to identify feed line and resonance issues.

I have an M. Sc. in Theoretical Physics and an M. A. in Political Science, including classes in Internet Governance and ICT for Development issues. I have completed GIS/Cartography studies.

I offer a thorough understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 from physical layers (OTDRs, cable testing, fiber termination) to application layers (Wireshark, application performance analysis). I am experienced with Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Mikrotik / Routerboard. My skills range from bolting down racks in active construction sites to installing network management servers and conducting technology analysis.

I am fluent in English and Finnish, fluent in understanding German, and have limited knowledge of Swedish and Japanese, and eager to improve my existing skills or learn new languages. I am familiar with each of the related cultures.
